How it works.
- Scan with Sign In Enterprise – When contractors scan their code or ID into Sign In Enterprise, the system automatically links up with the SHEQ Contractor Portal. No need for your Security or Reception to see the details.
- SHEQ validation – The Portal collates the information for each contractor employee scanned. The company is checked for insurances, safety manuals, control of equipment, and whatever you specify. All training, experience, and certification details are checked against each employee.
- Traffic light system – Sign In Enterprise then uses the Traffic Light score to allow or disallow the printing of access badges accordingly.
