What’s new at Sign In Enterprise?

What’s new at Sign In Enterprise? Photo

Our Product team has been hard at work over the last few months! We’re continuously asking ourselves how we can improve our platform, and what feature changes would be most beneficial to our customers.

We’re excited to share with you a few of the latest features and improvements that can help you make the most of your Sign In Enterprise visitor management experience.

Let’s dive into some of the recent features that were released.

Slack app integration

Slack is a great tool many organizations use to communicate with other colleagues—but what if it could be used to communicate with expected visitors? We’ve got good news!

Our dedicated Slack app integration will allow users to notify hosts via Slack that their visitors have arrived and signed in on the iPad. Additionally, it will allow hosts to send custom responses to guests directly from your Slack instance.

Curious to learn how to set this up? Head on over to Campus, where you’ll find a comprehensive video on how to customize this feature.

Reporting and analytics

Earlier this quarter, we highlighted the importance of visitor management data and analytics, and why it’s an essential piece to maintaining a secure and compliant workspace.

With the new Reporting and Analytics feature in the Sign In Enterprise platform, users can easily view all sign-ins, filtering them by a specified date-range and location.

With a few clicks, users can also pull up details on how many guests were invited, and how many sign-ins were on a watchlist.

Need a quick summary of the data pulled from the platform? No problem! Users can save PDF snapshot of their reports by clicking the Download PDF button, which will display the summaries and bar charts, alongside the detailed visitor data.

Please note, this is currently in a limited beta release before we roll it out to more customers. Please reach out to Customer Success for more details.

UI upgrade

Maybe not so flashy, but definitely an upgrade that our developers have been excited about!

This back-end user interface upgrade will enable our product to continue offering increased security, improved pages and more tools in the future. As you continue to use Sign In Enterprise, you’ll see how these improvements enhance your experience—we think you’ll be quite pleased.

Have more questions about the upgrade? Talk to our customer success team; they’ll be more than happy to walk you through any questions you may have!
